Another successful trip down to the Cardiff white water centre this weekend.
After much concern over the over the closure of the tunnel at the end of the M4, meetings were cancelled and Dr's appointments were brought forward to ensure that Chas and Ivan could head off early to get down in time for the for the Friday night 10 cumec flow.
Unfortunately the increased flow on the Kayak course was a bit too much for Ivan, and he got bashed in the elbows by the lego blocks used at the course.
Of course the real culprit was going wakeboarding the weekend before...
