Join us for a day trip to Cardiff, meet early in the morning in a random Sainsburys car park, drive to CIWW. Be on the water for 11am, paddle - have lunch (avoid the HUGE pasty) and paddle till 4pm.
Be home in time to see your partner and pretend you don't like trying to drown yourself for fun.
